Passports with the following receipt numbers are available for pick-up at the Embassy:
REMINDERS:
1. Please bring your passport receipt and old passport for cancellation.
2. If you cannot claim your passport in person, you may ask an immediate family member or an authorized representative to do this on your behalf. Please have them bring an originally signed Authorization Letter together with a photocopy of their ID.
3. Passports unclaimed after one (1) year will be cancelled per Department Order No. 2021-012.
4. Upon receiving your passport, please sign on page 3. Children 12 years old and below do not need to sign their passports.
5. Do not staple anything to the passport, especially the covers, as this may damage the electronic chip and render the epassport unreadable.
6. The Embassy's Consular Section is open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Mondays to Fridays, except during non-working holidays. For the list of official holidays, please visit this page.
