The Philippine Embassy in the Lao PDR, led by Ambassador Deena Joy D. Amatong, visited the Textile Treasures of Laos on 26 October 2024 as part of its annual team-building activity.

The Textile Treasures of Laos collection is housed at the Hor Kham Residence, the former residence where the King of Luang Prabang would stay whenever he would participate in the That Luang Festival in Vientiane. The building, originally made of wood, was renovated ten years ago and features colonial architecture. The residence was made available to the Lao Handicraft Association for six months to showcase, for the first time, the Textile Treasures of Laos.
