Spearheaded by the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB), the marketing and promotions arm of the Department of Tourism, the Philippines showcased tourist sites, activities, and other attractions during the Travel Exchange (TRAVEX) of the 2024 ASEAN Tourism Forum held from 24 to 26 January 2024 at ITECC Exhibition Hall in Vientiane, Lao PDR. Philippine businesses participated in the exhibition and exchange, including eight hotels and resorts, five tour operating companies, one convention center, and one airline.

The three-day TRAVEX allowed the facilitation of business-to-business meetings, as well as the promotion of ASEAN tourist destinations, products and services.
