The Philippine Embassy in Vientiane is pleased to announce the opening of the application for the 2024 Foreign Service Officer Examination (FSOE) today, 18 September 2023. Eligible individuals who wish to become a diplomat are hereby invited to apply and take the exam, which will commence on 28 January 2024 with the qualifying test.

Eligibility and qualifications:

• Filipino citizenship
• Graduate of a four (4) year bachelor’s degree course or higher on or before the prescribed due date of submission of requirements
• Possess at least two (2) years employment or further studies or a combination of both, after graduating from college or university

Interested kababayans may submit their complete documentary requirements and application forms, in person, to the Philippine Embassy in Vientiane not later than Friday, 06 October 2023.
