ANNOUNCEMENT

The Philippine Embassy in Laos is pleased to announce that effective 01 July 2021, fully vaccinated returning Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) from Laos are entitled to avail of shortened facility-based quarantine upon  arrival in the Philippines. 

Returning OFWs must submit an online application and requirements through the ONEHEALTHPASS PORTAL accessible through https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC which will be validated by our  Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 

Before visiting the portal, please have on hand the following requirements:

1. Vaccine card/any document showing proof of full vaccination in Laos

2. Valid passport or Travel Document

3. Proof of overseas employment, such as verified employment contract, Overseas Employment Certificate, proof of OWWA Membership or other proof of employment that the concerned POLO may require. For those who are not employed, a proof of residence may be submitted.

POLO shall issue the Validated Vaccine Pass (sample below) to the OFW both through the portal and through the email address provided by the OFW. Kindly check your spam folder to ensure timely receipt of the email.
