The Philippine Embassy in Vientiane would like to remind the public that, as per Travel Advisory for entry to the Lao PDR during the implementation of measures to prevent, control and respond to COVID-19 pandemic No. 3078/TFC, dated 26 February 2021, those entering the Lao PDR must comply with the following health protocols to be able to enter the Lao PDR:

 

1. Foreign individuals must undergo COVID-19 test using RT-PCR upon arrival to the Lao PDR; and,

 

2. Must wear medical tracking device during a strict 14-day quarantine.

 

However, diplomats, staff of UN Agency Organization, and international organization that have an agreement with the Government of the Lao PDR are not required to wear the medical tracking device.
