The Philippine Embassy in the Lao PDR joins the Filipino nation in celebrating the National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation (NDPR) Week from today, 17 July, to 23 July 2024.

By virtue of Proclamation No. 597 signed by the President on 13 June 2024, the NDPR Week aims to stimulate public awareness of disability rights, encourage every citizen to take active responsibility in the uplifting of the economic and social conditions of the disabled members of our society, and highlight the nation's efforts towards disability prevention and rehabilitation.
